My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, respect for my clients, and an authentic relationship. I believe that we heal in relationships, and in my practice I continually witness the power of sharing one's story in a safe place of trust. My training and experience help me provide insight into the way one's experiences shape their view of the world, others and themselves, as well as the coping mechanisms they create. I believe that this kind of insight into our own expectations, beliefs and motivations is key to developing new pathways for ourselves; ones that move us in the direction of what we value most, and towards our vision of a rich and meaningful life. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and am able to use this modality for many of the topics below.

As a highly skilled and compassionate trauma therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their healing journeys with empathy, understanding, and expertise. With years of specialized training and experience in the field of trauma therapy, I possess a deep understanding of the complex psychological, emotional, and physical impacts of traumatic experiences. My approach to therapy is client-centered, holistic, and evidence-based, as I believe that healing from trauma requires personalized and comprehensive care. Through a variety of techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness-based interventions, I empower individuals to reclaim their lives and find a sense of peace, safety, and resilience. My commitment to providing exceptional care is rooted in my passion for making positive and lasting changes in the lives of those I work with. Whether supporting someone in the aftermath of a single traumatic event or helping a client recover from long-term trauma, I am dedicated to creating a space where individuals can share their experiences without fear of judgment and where they can work towards healing and growth. Above all, as a trauma therapist, my greatest joy and reward come from seeing my clients thrive and reclaim agency over their lives.

Hi there, my name is Lauren Daniel and I use she/her pronouns.

I work full-time as the Clinical Director for a nonprofit permanent supportive housing agency in St. Paul and maintain a part-time outpatient therapy caseload primarily during the evening hours. I am a board approved licensing supervisor through the MN Board of
