Macey, Elizabeth, Molly, Kelly, Amanda, Jianna, and Kaylee use a modality called Accelerated Resolution Therapy. ART uses a combination of eye movements and voluntary image replacement to change the way distressing memories are stored in our brain. The goal is to reduce the distress and pain around our trauma, but not to forget what happened. People can experience results in 1-5 sessions per trauma or problem.
