What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy?

Macey, Elizabeth, Molly, and Kaylee use a modality called Accelerated Resolution Therapy. ART uses a combination of eye movements and voluntary image replacement to change the way distressing memories are stored in our brain. The goal is to reduce the distress and pain around our trauma, but not to forget what happened. People will often experience results in 1-5 sessions per trauma or problem. ART is provided in Minneapolis for folks doing in person sessions. Macey is able to provide this virtually to anyone in Minnesota, Arizona, and South Dakota. Elizabeth is able to provide this virtually to anyone in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
