Macey, Ashley, Molly, and Kelly are trained in perinatal mental health. Emerald Therapy is committed to providing competent and compassionate care to anyone [including partners] experiencing infertility, pregnancy, adoption, postpartum, loss, and birth trauma.

"I am a perinatal mental health certified therapist who provides perinatal mental health support in Minneapolis and virtually across Minnesota, Arizona, and South Dakota to birthing and adoptive parents, prospective parents, and individuals and/or couples trying to conceive. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders do not discriminate and can happen to anyone. That being said, the prevalence of perinatal mood and anxiety struggles happens at higher rates for queer and trans families, individuals with disabilities, and folks in the BIPOC community. I believe this is due to ongoing discrimination and stigma among other factors outside the person's control. I take very seriously the role of being a helper, while knowing that as a cis-gendered white woman, I will never truly know this discrimination or additional barriers. I hold space for you and would be honored if chosen to be with you on your journey, whatever it looks like and wherever you're headed."
