Life can be messy, beautiful, heartbreaking, hilarious—and sometimes all before lunch. You don't have to figure it out alone. As both a therapist and progressive clergy member, I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're carrying grief, wrestling with anxiety or depression, navigating LGBTQI+ identity or expression, feeling stretched thin as a parent, adjusting to a new chapter, exploring adoption, or simply trying to make sense of the world we're living in, I'm here to walk alongside you.

Adoption is especially close to my heart. I'm both a birth mother and an adoptive mother of five, and those experiences have shaped not only who I am but how I show up for others—with curiosity, compassion, and a healthy respect for the fact that every story is unique. I also love working with people who are exploring spirituality, healing from religious wounds, or untangling a faith tradition that no longer fits. Whether faith is a source of comfort, confusion, anger, or all of the above, there's room for those conversations here. No judgment. No pressure. Just space to be honest.

My style is warm, affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe therapy works best when you can show up exactly as you are—without having to clean yourself up first. Together, we'll explore what matters most to you, better understand the patterns that have shaped your life, and find practical tools that help you move toward the life you want. I believe healing is possible. Sometimes it looks like a breakthrough. Sometimes it looks like finally taking a deep breath. Sometimes it's simply realizing you don't have to carry everything by yourself anymore.
