Hi, my name is Lauren Daniel and I use she/her pronouns. If you've been feeling stuck and are looking for meaningful change, you're in the right place. I aim to create a safe, validating environment where healing can begin. I use holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered methods in a supportive yet challenging space.

As a therapist committed to anti-oppression, social activism, and harm reduction, I guide individuals toward reconnecting with their authentic selves. I draw from IFS, DBT, CBT, and am trained in EMDR. I currently serve as Clinical Director at a nonprofit supportive housing agency and supervise clinical interns and licensure candidates.
