I work with people navigating some of life’s most tender and overwhelming seasons, especially during the perinatal period. This includes pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, infertility, loss, surrogacy, and adoption. These experiences can be complex and heavy, and you don’t have to move through them alone. I don’t come into this work with all the answers, you’re the expert on your own life. What I can offer is a supportive ear, a steady presence, and a space where you feel understood and able to show up exactly as you are.
Grief and loss are also central to my work. Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve been carrying for years, we’ll approach it with care, at your pace, and without pressure to “move on” or have it all figured out.
I also enjoy working with college-aged adults, individuals , individuals who have experienced trauma, individuals with OCD and adults navigating other life transitions. My approach is person-centered, relational, and down-to-earth. I draw on ACT, DBT skills, parts work, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to offer both practical tools and deeper insight, depending on what feels right for you.
I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and International Partnership for Perinatal Excellence (IPPE-C), hold specialized training in early childhood mental health (DC:0–5), and am trained in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), approaches that can help process trauma and manage anxiety or intrusive thoughts.
