As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I am committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative, and person-centered therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their mental health, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful growth. I strive to create a space that empowers clients to navigate life's challenges, develop resilience, and move toward greater wellness and fulfillment.

I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, while providing culturally responsive care for BIPOC communities through a multicultural lens. My therapeutic style is rooted in person-centered, strength-based, and cultural humility while incorporating Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused approaches. Together, we will create a brave and supportive space where you can feel safe, be your authentic self, and explore what healing, recovery, and change mean to you.
