I am a licensed clinical social worker and have worked in the mental health field for 26 years. I work with young adults to seniors. I am a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART). ART often produces quick and life-lasting results. I have been trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Therapy). My clinical specialties include trauma, negative self-talk, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, phobia, panic disorder, life transitions and work stress. I am a solution-focused therapist who wants you to achieve your goals quickly. I believe non-judgmentalism is a critical skill that leads one toward a more happy and peaceful life.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Pace University, White Plains, New York, as well as a Master’s in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I grew up in St. Peter, Minnesota.
