Hi, I’m Jessica, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Minneapolis, MN. I believe that the environments we grow up and live in shape who we are, and my goal is to help you better understand those influences while uncovering the strengths that make you, you. My approach, “Hello You,” is all about working together to explore who you are today and who you want to become. Whether you’re navigating tough transitions, managing stress, or simply seeking someone to listen, I’m here to help with honesty, openness, and zero judgment.

I specialize in working with individuals ages 9 to 50, from kids figuring out the challenges of growing up to adults juggling the pressures of work, relationships, and life. Whether you’re tackling anxiety, parent-child dynamics, family issues, or just trying to make sense of it all, I offer a space to process, reflect, and grow. Think of me as someone who’s not just in your corner but helping you make the best moves toward the life you want.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, planning my next travel adventure, or cuddled up with my two cats, Phoebe and Nugget. They’ve mastered the art of relaxation, and I’m trying to keep up!
