Hi, I’m Johannah (she/her), a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.  I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My approach to therapy is collaborative and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on meeting you where you are. I aim to offer a judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support and guide you as we move through whatever may be feeling stressful, overwhelming, or heavy — whether that’s life transitions, relationship challenges, or day-to-day stress.  I value continuing to learn and grow so I can best support the people I work with.

I use a blend of CBT, DBT, person-centered, and systems approaches, with particular attention to attachment and relational patterns. I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health concerns, substance use, and suicidal ideation across a variety of settings. I also have experience working with adolescents experiencing psychosis, and with children and adolescents who are navigating a cancer diagnosis and its impact on their lives and families.
