I believe everyone is the expert of their own life, and my role is to empower clients to uncover their strengths and deepen their relationship with themselves.

Through a holistic lens, I honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—working to support their healing and growth in a way that respects their individuality and life experiences. I integrate a range of therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Multicultural Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), tailoring my approach to each client’s needs. Additionally, I offer services in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
